Job Summary

Responsibilities:
1. Principal Staff Officer responsible for the development of policy on Resettlement and personal education funding including ELC SLC and PF HEFE.
2. Principal Staff Officer responsible for the development of Army Transition policy.
3. Negotiate with policymakers and deliverers including OGDs external education institutions MoD (specifically TSLD) other Services HQ Fd Army HQ SJC (including APC) to ensure coherent policy development.
4. Represent Hd Pers Pol at tri-Service and MoD policy committees for Resettlement Transition and personal education.
5. Carry out ACA&I responsibility for Resettlement. (Policy as opposed to delivery).
6. Act at Training Requirements Authority for 1st Line and 2nd Unit Resettlement Information Staff training.
7. Carry out additional tasks as directed by SO1 L&D.
