Your Role

As a Senior Business Analyst youll be a key point of contact for the Digital & Process providing structured business analysis process optimisation and system implementation support to enable effective business transformation.

Youll:

Lead the documentation and analysis of current and future state business processes including gap and change impact analysis
Gather validate and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement and facilitated workshops
Support system implementation activities including configuration testing vendor liaison and deployment
Provide data analysis reporting and insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives
Support change management activities including training delivery and knowledge transfer to end users
Identify risks issues and improvement opportunities and recommend mitigation strategies and enhancements

Youll Need

A degree in Business Information Systems or a related field
Demonstrated experience (5 years) in business analysis process improvement and/or system implementation roles
Strong capability in business process modelling requirements documentation and stakeholder facilitation
Experience supporting system implementations and working with vendors
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to distil complex information for executive-level audiences
Experience in data analysis and reporting tools
Experience in change management activities and training delivery
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is desirable

A high level of computer literacy with experience across enterprise systems data and reporting platforms.
