About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven HR Manager to lead and elevate human resources functions for our clients this role you will oversee HR operations while driving talent management organizational development and leadership initiatives to support the companys long-term goals. You will collaborate with business leaders to implement HR strategies foster a high-performing culture and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR operations including recruitment employee relations performance management and compliance with Philippine labor laws.
- Design and implement HR policies strategies and programs that align with organizational objectives.
- Develop and manage talent management initiatives including succession planning leadership development and learning programs.
- Conduct training programs and workshops to enhance employee capabilities and engagement.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR matters fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive organizational development initiatives and support business growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 7 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Proven experience in talent management organizational development and strategic HR leadership.
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws compensation frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience in payroll management HRIS systems and employee relations.
- Excellent leadership interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Can start immediately if possible.
