Position Purpose: Reporting to the Director of Admission Enrollment and Financial Aid the Outreach Coordinator supports all admission communication recruitment and marketing efforts. They coordinate the Middle School and Upper School student and parent visit experience for all applicants. As advisor to The Mackinetts they manage all aspects of the volunteer student members of the admission team. They also manage all processes related to admission events including communication and reporting. Additionally the coordinator maintains an accurate inventory of all marketing collaboration with the Director they are responsible for the implementation of the Admission Marketing communication plan. They may be asked to support the other team members and intra-departmental work including support of data entry as needed. Key Responsibilities: Student Visit Days for Middle School and Upper online sign-up all Student Visit Day details including administration of OLSAT and data entry for the OLSAT for Middle and Upper School as advisor to The Mackinetts Middle and Upper School student members of the Admission plan for student leadership Senior Leadership training sessions for tour guides hosts and student panelists. student-led host students to panelists for admission-related events and all school events as accurate participation lists to support student with their community service Recruitment & Retention management and details related to all initiatives: the scheduling preparation organization and set up of all outreach events including targeted outreach yield events feeder school events etc. details with Directors of Facilities Housekeeping Dining Services and external school wide admission communication and help to execute marketing weekly admission schedule to administration faculty staff etc. - At A and create This Week at GA informational piece to be distributed on Student Visit Day and admission outreach and create Patriot Perspective monthly admission Admission Website as needed through the admission and manage the New Family Portal in social media marketing Admission Marketing external communication handouts/published all mailings inquiry packets acceptance packets etc. admission external marketing communications in collaboration with communication emails per Admission Communication and maintain an inventory of office supplies departmental marketing/outreach items and confidential as point person and administrator of admission standardized inter-departmental initiatives as the calendar of the Director of Admission Enrollment and Financial community duties as Qualifications: be accurate detail oriented and have excellent written and verbal communication exercise sound judgment and discretion in communicating with the public and the school community fully honoring the confidentiality required in admission work. be able to work independently take initiative and assume responsibility for all components of the position. be able to multi-task monitor deadlines and complete a variety of assignments on possess strong interpersonal skills have the ability to work as a team player and have managerial have strong computer skills with knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite programs.7.1-3 years administrative experience. Experience in independent school/college admission be able to lift up to 20 pounds. preferred.
