Location
On-site position in the Dallas/Fort Worth Texas area. Potential for hybrid for the right fit. This role is based in the office to support a high-volume federal litigation practice.
Note
This role requires prior federal litigation paralegal experience bilingual English/Spanish proficiency and permanent U.S. work authorization. Candidates must be comfortable working in-office and supporting attorneys on complex federal court matters.

Job Description
- Support federal immigration litigation attorneys on active federal court cases
- Draft prepare and organize complaints motions briefs and petitions
- Manage ECF and PACER filings in U.S. District Courts and Circuit Courts
- Track deadlines court rules and jurisdiction-specific filing requirements
- Assemble hearing and trial preparation materials chronologies and case binders
- Draft discovery-related materials FOIA requests and document requests
- Organize and summarize large volumes of evidence and records
- Communicate directly with clients to gather information and provide updates
- Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with ethical standards
Qualifications
- 2 years of hands-on federal litigation paralegal experience
- Prior experience supporting APA mandamus or habeas matters strongly preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Proficient with ECF PACER and federal court filing procedures
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing high-volume deadline-driven litigation workflows
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
