What Youll Do:

Work closely with clients to understand their preferences timelines and priorities
Research destinations accommodations and activity options
Coordinate bookings confirmations and schedules
Provide timely updates answer questions and ensure a seamless experience
Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Strong communication and organizational skills
Customer service planning or hospitality experience (preferred not required)
