The Role
Were seeking a passionate Equine Associate Veterinarian to join our team. Ideal candidates have strong general or sports medicine skills but we also welcome new graduates eager to grow mentorship and CE support are built into our culture.
What Youll Need

DVM or equivalent degree

Eligible for Iowa veterinary licensure

Strong equine diagnostic and treatment skills

Excellent communication and a team-first mindset

Ability to travel within a 40-mile service radius
Schedule & Work-Life Balance

Full-time Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Flexible 4-day work week available

On-call duties shared equally among DVMs

Collaborative sustainable scheduling approach

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $75K - $100K (DOE) 22% production bonus
