Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Java Developer to join our team in Houston TX on a contract-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will have strong experience developing modern web applications using React on the frontend and Java Spring Boot on the backend. This role involves building scalable applications developing APIs and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment (3 days onsite).

Work Environment: Hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite in Houston TX.

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and maintain full stack applications using Java and Spring Boot
Build responsive and scalable frontend applications using React
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services
Collaborate with product managers architects and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions
Participate in code reviews debugging and performance optimization
Follow best practices in software development testing and deployment

Required Skills:

Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot
Hands-on React / ReactJS frontend development experience
Experience building REST APIs and microservices
Solid understanding of full stack development and modern web architectures
Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
