Full Stack Developer

Plano TX

Hybrid Model 3 days onsite in Plano TX

Supporting AT&T

This role is Hybrid onsite 3 days/week in Plano TX.
Work Model: Agile - daily standup 1-week sprints.

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop test and maintain full-stack features using React TypeScript HTML/CSS and Python services/APIs.
Build and deploy agentic workflows using LangGraph including stateful multi-step agent execution tool calling and orchestration patterns.
Integrate GenAI and Agentic AI capabilities into applications (e.g. agent-based workflows orchestration logic RAG-style interactions where applicable).
Build clean reusable UI components and scalable service layers with a focus on performance and maintainability.
Implement data access patterns across relational (e.g. PostgreSQL) and non-relational (e.g. Cosmos DB) databases.
Deploy and support applications on Azure App Services.
Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
Produce operational artifacts including runbooks troubleshooting guides and knowledge base documentation to support production readiness.
Use AI-assisted development tools (Copilot Windsurf) to accelerate development while maintaining code quality.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies: daily standups sprint planning reviews and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Front End:

Strong experience with React TypeScript and CSS
Experience building responsive reusable UI components

Back End:

Strong proficiency in Python
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs

GenAI / Agentic AI:

Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI
Experience creating deploying and maintaining agentic workflows using LangGraph
Understanding of agent orchestration state management and tool integration patterns

Data:

Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
Experience with NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB preferred)

Cloud / DevOps:

Experience with Azure DevOps
Experience deploying to Azure App Services
Experience building CI/CD pipelines

Operations & Ways of Working:

Experience creating runbooks and knowledge bases
Familiarity with reusable archetypes / reference patterns
Comfortable working in 1-week sprints with daily standups
Ability to work onsite in Plano 3 days per week

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

Grafana (dashboards monitoring alerting)
Observability and production support experience
Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
Additional agent frameworks (LangChain Semantic Kernel etc.)
