Job Summary

6-month internship

Position: IT Intern

As an IT Intern at Quantum Insights you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will work closely with our IT team to support and maintain our technology infrastructure troubleshoot technical issues and assist with various IT projects.

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to employees including troubleshooting hardware software and network issues

- Assist with the installation configuration and maintenance of computer systems and software

- Monitor and maintain our technology infrastructure including servers network devices and security systems

- Perform regular backups and updates to ensure the security and integrity of our data

- Collaborate with the IT team on various projects such as system upgrades and software implementations

- Document and maintain IT processes and procedures

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvements to our systems and processes

- Assist with other IT-related tasks as needed

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field

- Strong technical skills and knowledge of computer systems networks and software

- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems

- Basic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Proactive and eager to learn new technologies and skills
