Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Paralegal to support our legal team. The successful candidate will assist lawyers with legal research drafting documents case management and client communications. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills a thorough understanding of legal procedures and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: -
Conduct legal research and provide summaries and recommendations to attorneys.

Draft and review legal documents contracts pleadings affidavits and correspondence.

Assist with the preparation of case files including organizing and maintaining documentation.

Liaise with clients government agencies and other external parties under attorney guidance.

Ensure compliance with legal procedures policies and deadlines.
-
Monitor and track important dates deadlines and filings for active cases.
-
Assist with due diligence regulatory filings and corporate governance matters.
-
Maintain databases and records ensuring all legal files are accurate up to date and confidential.

Support attorneys in preparation for hearings trials and meetings.
-
Draft reports memos and internal documentation as required.
Qualifications & Experience: -
National Diploma or Degree in Paralegal Studies Law or related field.

2 5 years of paralegal experience in a corporate or law firm environment.

Knowledge of corporate commercial and civil law principles.
-
Familiarity with legal databases research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Previous experience in document management and drafting legal contracts preferred.

Strong understanding of compliance governance and regulatory frameworks.
