Daily Responsibilities
- Support B2B advertisers by handling and resolving inquiries related to advertising products via email and chat
- Manage end-to-end troubleshooting for technical product-related and general support issues
- Collaborate with internal Product Operations and Engineering teams to escalate and solve complex queries
- Maintain accurate case documentation and deliver timely consistent follow-ups across all touchpoints
- Ensure exceptional customer experience by meeting quality resolution time and service level targets
- Educate advertisers on product features and provide guidance on best practices
What Were Looking For
- Arabic proficiency (C1-C2) is required
- Good English level
- Strong written communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Mandatory: Experience with paid digital campaigns (Google Ads Meta Ads or similar)
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field
- Previous experience in a Contact Center or Advertising Technology support role
- Solid understanding of digital advertising ecosystems and social media platforms
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to work on a rotating 24/7 schedule
Monthly Salary: 985 per 14 months gross
Complexity Bonus: 80 per 11 months
Meal Allowance: 7.63 per working day
Schedule: Will start with a 12 hour hoop: Monday to Sunday - 07:00 to 19:00
2 shifts: 07:00 16h00 / 10:00 19:00
At a later date 24/7 - Monday to Sunday (rotating shifts) Days Off - 2 Rotative days
