Job Summary
About the Role
We are looking for a Danish-speaking Travel Consultant to join our team in Lithuania. You will be supporting customers with their travel-related inquiries including reservations itinerary changes and general service requests. This is a remote role within Lithuania offering you the flexibility to work from home while delivering high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in Danish with booking inquiries travel arrangements and support requests.
- Provide accurate information about flights accommodation and travel services.
- Handle modifications cancellations and special requests in line with company policies.
- Deliver professional empathetic and efficient customer service across phone chat and email.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases.
Requirements
- Language skills:
- Native or C1/C2 level in Danish.
- Minimum B2 level in English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
- Must already be based in Lithuania (remote work permitted).
