In SAP supply chain and operations at PwC you will specialise in providing consulting services for SAP supply chain and operations applications. You will analyse client needs implement software solutions and offer training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP supply chain and operations applications. Working in this area you will enable clients to optimise their supply chain processes improve operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives.

As a member of our Application Evolution Services (AES) team we are looking for candidates who thrive working in a high-paced work environment capable of working on a mix of critical Application Evolution Service offerings and engagement including help desk support enhancement and optimization work as well as strategic roadmap and advisory level work. It will also be key to lend experience and effort in helping win and support customer engagements from not only a technical perspective but also a relationship perspective.

Strong Knowledge in:

  • 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Project Management

  • Experience in supporting project management activities for multinational large scale SAP support projects

  • Experience in performing project management activities from offshore thatincludes/ support project initiation cost management communication preparing status quality management/ monitoring resource management risk management etc.

  • Experience in project management tools such as SAP Solution Management Microsoft Project Planning JIRA etc.

  • Basic understanding of ITIL key components such as Service value system and the four Dimensions model.

  • Understand client requirements provide solutions functionalspecificationsand implement technical components accordingly.

  • Ability to create Technical Design Documents (TDD) and Unit Test documents for the technical solutions being implemented.

  • Excellent Communication analytical and Interpersonal skills as aConsultantand play a role of team lead.

  • Detailed knowledge ofdealing with key integration areas in Procurement Warehouse (SAP EWM) Planned Maintenance Production Quality Management Finance and other external systems.

  • Detailed knowledge ofoverseeing the end-to-end process design configuration testing and ultimate conversions of the SAP functions included within EAM and all points of integration across the solution landscape.

  • Experience in Mobility solutions/ Asset Manager is added advantage

Preferred Skills:

  • Hands on experience in configuring / defining the following in the EAM & PM module with Basic understanding of SD MM and FICO Container Terminal Shipping Logistics

  • Familiarity on the basic business processes with the following Functional Areas:

  • Document management system

  • Engineering change management

  • ITIL 4 Certification
