Job Title: German Google Ads Sales Account Manager
Location: Barcelona Spain (Hybrid 3 days remote / 2 days office)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: 30000 gross/year up to 3500 annual bonus

We are looking for a motivated German Google Ads Sales Account Manager to join a leading digital marketing project in this role you will work closely with German-speaking businesses and agency partners across the EMEA region helping them optimize their digital advertising strategies using Google Ads solutions.
You will act as a trusted consultant driving client growth improving ROI and expanding the Google Ads customer base while delivering a high-quality client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage relationships with German-speaking clients and agency partners
Provide consultative sales support and recommend Google Ads solutions (Search Display YouTube etc.)
Develop tailored digital advertising strategies aligned with client business goals
Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets
Communicate with clients via phone email and video calls
Monitor campaign performance and suggest optimization opportunities
Stay up to date with digital advertising trends and Google Ads best practices

Requirements:
Fluent German (C2 level) and strong English proficiency
12 years of experience in sales digital marketing online advertising or a related field
Familiarity with Google Ads YouTube Ads Google AdSense or similar platforms
Strong communication analytical and time-management skills
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Interest in digital marketing technology and online advertising
