Job Summary
1. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Identify approach and develop new customers in the manufacturing sector.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to generate repeat and new orders.
- Provide technical consultation on plastic products chemicals and raw materials in accordance with customers technical and production requirements.
- Coordinate with technical production and logistics teams to ensure product quality and on-time delivery.
- Monitor order execution and support the resolution of any issues arising during the order fulfillment process.
- Collect and update information on market trends customers and competitors and report to direct management.
2. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering Materials Science Polymer/Raw Materials Engineering or related disciplines from Hanoi University of Science and Technology (Polytechnic) University of Industry or equivalent institutions.
- 25 years of experience in selling plastic products chemicals or raw materials to manufacturing factories preferably in:
- Automotive and motorcycle components
- Plastic packaging
- Computer and mobile phone casings
- Electrical and electronic equipment
- Fresh graduates or candidates without experience are welcome and will receive structured training.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English (IELTS 6.5 or above) or Chinese (HSK Level 4 or above)
- Strong communication skills with a proactive and learning-oriented mindset.
- Clear career orientation toward technical sales / materials business development.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
3. BENEFITS:
- Working hours: Flexible for sales positions.
- Salary: $600 - $2000 (Based on level) commission
