Newbridge Vietnam is looking for a powerhouse AI Engineer to join a high-impact long-term engagement for one of our premier global clients.

We dont just experiment with AI; we ship it. You will be responsible for taking state-of-the-art models and turning them into resilient high-performance production systems. If you find the bridge between a Jupyter Notebook and a globally distributed API exhilarating you belong here.

The Impact Youll Make

• Production-Grade AI: Build and maintain the infrastructure required to deploy monitor and scale machine learning models (LLMs Computer Vision or Recommendation Engines).
• MLOps Mastery: Architect automated CI/CD pipelines for machine learning ensuring seamless model retraining and versioning.
• Performance Engineering: Optimize model inference for speed and cost. Youll be the one making sure a complex model responds in milliseconds not seconds.
• Data Orchestration: Collaborate with Data Engineers to build robust pipelines that feed high-quality data into your production models at scale.
• Integration Excellence: Work alongside our Software Development teams to wrap AI capabilities into intuitive user-facing applications.

Who You Are

• The Builder: You have 3 years of experience in Software or Data Engineering with a heavy focus on deploying AI/ML models.
• The Python Maestro: You are an expert in Python and familiar with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow but you also know your way around Docker Kubernetes and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• The API Architect: You understand REST/gRPC and how to build secure scalable endpoints for AI services.
• The Optimizer: You know that a model is only as good as its uptime. You live for monitoring logs drift detection and latency charts.
