Job Summary
Work location: Thuan Thanh III Industrial Park Bac Ninh
Job Description (JD):
1. Quality & Environmental Management System Implementation
- Implement and maintain ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.
- Establish and continuously improve quality system procedures and documentation.
- Develop and execute internal audit plans.
- Lead internal audits process audits and product audits according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Prepare audit reports corrective action plans and follow up on action effectiveness and closure.
- Identify deviations against ISO standards conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
2. Process Quality Management
- Handle process deviations and follow up Corrective Action Requests (CAR).
- Maintain and update Process FMEA database and control methods.
- Manage change control process to ensure quality compliance.
- Participate in MRB (Material Review Board) activities.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Conduct line audits and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
- Provide quality-related training to QC staff and operators when necessary.
3. Customer Support
- Act as liaison with customers on quality-related matters.
- Conduct failure analysis (FA) and support customer complaint handling.
- Prepare quality reports and improvement plans when required.
4. Other Duties
- Perform other tasks assigned by Department Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Quality Engineering or related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of Quality System Engineering experience preferably in connector/socket or automotive-related industry.
- Strong failure analysis (FA) capability.
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 system implementation and maintenance.
- Familiar with SPC FMEA DOE MSA 7 QC tools and New 7 QC tools.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive responsible and willing to learn.
