Responsibilities
The Release Train Engineer will be responsible for the following but not limited to:
- Manages a group of Systems Analysts Architects Engineers and Programmers in design implementation and system integration of complex systems solutions.
- Evaluates the Agencys existing systems and needs to recommend solutions. Solutions range from the development of bench prototypes to the deployment of turn-key complex systems.
- Leads a team in the analysis of Agency needs and required functionality early in the development cycle documenting requirements then proceeding with design synthesis and system validation while considering the complete solution.
- Attends presentations or develops proposals acting as the technical expert.
- Assigns project staff to installations/implementations and monitors deliverables to ensure Agency needs are met successfully and in a timely fashion.
- Gathers feedback and suggests new products/services or makes recommendations for improvements to existing products/services.
- Provides expert guidance on the integration and implementation of Companys solutions into a wide variety of Agency environments.
- Monitors technology trends such as emerging standards for new technology opportunities.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Active (currently in use) TS/SCI clearance with polygraph or TS/SCI with the ability to successfully pass a polygraph
- Bachelors degree in a field of study applicable to the position with 10 years of relevant experience
- 10 years of relevant experience with at least 4 of those years in a supervisory capacity
- Excellent communication skills and ability to relay technical information to customers and laypersons
- Experience with Gitlab Confluence

Target Salary Range
$135000 - $216000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the individuals experience education knowledge skills and competencies as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position employees may be eligible for overtime shift differential and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
