Job Summary
Job Title: Salesforce QA Engineer
Location: Remote (U.S. Only)
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Job Overview
We are looking for a Salesforce QA Engineer to support testing efforts across Salesforce platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud along with a solid understanding of Salesforce business processes. Experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing of Salesforce applications and workflows
- Validate functionality within Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Create and execute test cases test plans and test scenarios
- Collaborate with developers business analysts and stakeholders
- Identify log and track defects through resolution
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and QA reviews
- Ensure overall system quality and data integrity
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as a QA Engineer in Salesforce environments
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and business processes
- Experience in manual testing and QA methodologies
- Strong communication and analytical skills
Nice to Have
- Exposure to test automation (not mandatory)
- Experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g. Jira Azure DevOps)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Salesforce certifications
