Summary:
We are seeking experienced engineers to support a high-impactActive Directory migration projectfor a large enterprise client. The selected candidates will act asSMEs leading migration activities supporting staff augmentation resources and managing troubleshooting and analysis usingQuest Binary Treetools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supportmulti-domain Active Directory migrationsinto a single domain usingQuest Binary Tree
- Schedule execute and monitor migration jobs; troubleshoot failures and identify trends
- Diagnose migration issues and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Provideproject status updates metrics and issue trackingto leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve migration and tool-related issues
- Guide and mentor junior resources on migration processes and escalation protocols
- Ensure secure migration acrosson-prem AD Azure AD (Entra ID) and hybrid environments
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience withQuest AD Migration tools especiallyBinary Tree
- Experience withenterprise Active Directory migrations across multiple domains
- Strong knowledge ofActive Directory architecture GPOs replication and ACLs
- Experience withhybrid identity environments (On-prem AD and Azure AD / Entra ID)
- Experience withmigration scheduling job execution and failure analysis in Binary Tree
- Proficiency inShell scripting and log analysis
- Strong troubleshooting problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred:
- Binary Tree certificationsare a plus.
