Responsibilities

• Ownend-to-end paid media strategy execution and optimization across channels such as Paid Search Paid Social Display and Video to drive revenue efficiency and brand growth.

• Manage budgets forecasting and pacing to ensurespendis aligned with commercial priorities and delivers strong ROIdemonstratingarelentless drive for edge.

• Partner cross-functionally withDemand Generation Marketing CreativeandAnalyticsandregionalDTCteams to align paid media plans with broader go-to-market strategiesbecausewinning is a team sport.

• Lead testing and experimentation across audiences creatives formats and platforms applying ararely satisfiedmindset to continuously improve performance.

• Analyze campaign performance and consumer behavior translating insights into clear actions and recommendations that move the business forward.

• Work closely with analytics partners to define success metrics dashboards and reporting that clearly communicate impact and opportunity.

• Ensure campaigns are executed with precision speed and attention todetaildetails make the differenceatSharkNinja.

• Stay ahead of platform updates industry trends and emerging media opportunities bringing fresh thinking and innovation into the paid media roadmap.

• Communicate results insights and next steps clearly to stakeholderscommunicating for impactacross teams and leadership.

Skills Required

• 3 years of experience and/oruniversitydegree in Marketing BusinessAdministration Analytics.

• Experienced inmanaging paid media campaigns ideally within eCommerce DTC or consumer products environments.

• Hands-onexpertisewith major paid media platforms such asGoogle AdsMetaYouTubeDisplay & Video 360TikTok or equivalent.

• Strong analytical mindset with experience using performance data to drive optimization and strategic decisions.

• Proven experience managing significant media budgets and delivering against ROI CPA or revenue-based KPIs.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-growth global environment with shifting priorities.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the confidence to influence without authority.

• Highly organized detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
