Job Summary

Description:

Up to 14 hours per week organizes and implements administrative systems and procedures. Serves as principal source of information on unit project or program. Gathers and maintains data for and assists in preparing reports often using a variety of computer software. Prepares and maintains financial personnel administrative student records. Provides for smooth day to day flow of communications within the department. May compose proofread edit and prepare correspondence reports and other materials using word processing spreadsheets and or databases. Arranges for use of facilities and plans meetings conferences and seminars. Contributes to unit goals by accomplishing clerical or administrative duties as required. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to handle complex and confidential information. Competency using a variety of office computer software. Requires intermediate to advanced knowledge of email calendar word processing spreadsheets. Prior office experience required.

The successful candidate will workclosely with our energetic and friendly staff in a high-profile fast-paced ideal candidate will provide support with: Developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engage andgrow audiences across Twitter LinkedIn and Instagram Creating and curating content for social media platforms and BSC s website Tracking measuring and analyzing web and social media analytics Ensuring all content is digitally accessible Editing and transcribing podcasts and videos Monitoring media for coverage of PDIA related content Conducting other miscellaneous communications tasks related to the ongoing activities of aresearch programQualifications In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn etc.) andtheir respective best practices Ability to track analyze and interpret social media data to identify trends and inform digitalstrategy Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite Canva WordPress Sprout Social Google Analytics andaudio/video editing Excellent written and verbal communication skills Superb attention to detail Proactive collaborative and able to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to plan and work on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized way Team player with cultural sensitivity
