We are looking for a friendly reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Au Natural Organics. As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for assisting our customers with inquiries orders and concerns while promoting our commitment to organic sustainable and environmentally responsible products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email chat and social media.
- Provide accurate information about organic products ingredients and usage.
- Assist customers with orders billing shipping returns and exchanges.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Follow company policies and customer service standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Promote customer satisfaction and build long-term customer relationships.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education preferred).
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM or order management systems.
- Interest in organic natural or eco-friendly products is highly desirable.
