The Account Manager will manage the customers experience with Ukeru by acting as their primary point of contact. The Account Manager will be responsible for cultivating and managing customer relationships driving sales revenue and contributing to business growth.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Meets regularly with clients and operates as the primary point of contact for all matters specific to external customers using all means of communication (telephone in-person video conferencing text and written/email etc).
  • Displays behaviors indicative of a strong commitment to the mission vision and values of Grafton. Displays teamwork and provides a supportive and solutionfocused environment by working closely with all related departments.
  • Ensures client satisfaaction by delivering the highest level of customer service while representing Grafton / Ukeru in a professional and positive manner.
  • Identifies new business opportunities with existing customers through defined processes for touch points as well as targeted customer contact. Evaluates clients needs and proposes potential solutions.
  • Responsible for scheduling and coordinating business opportunities in a timely and organized manner using resources effectively.
  • Enters data into the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software as well as other areas such as established spreadsheets to ensure efficient communication across the Ukeru Team; including but not limited to task management organization and clear documentation of all interactions etc.
  • Responds to complaints and resolves issues to the customers satisfaction and maintains the divisions reputation. Creates win-win situations through development of business relationships which are mutually beneficial.
  • Conducts thorough and consistent evalutation of Ukeru customer base to ensre strategic operational function.
  • Prepares reports correspondence and other documents/information regarding the activities policies and accomplishments of Grafton (Ukeru).

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor degree in sales and marketing or other relevant field preferred.
  • Minimum of one year demonstrated experience in customer service
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to create and maintain strong business relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills that are inspiring creative and grammatically correct.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to travel <20%
