Job Summary
****Average salary is $61609.60 (including wage incentives bonuses overtime shift differential etc.)****

We are looking for a full-time Supervisor to add to our Foster Care team! All you need is an advanced degree in social work or comparable human service field! Experience in child welfare is preferred.
A Day in The Life as a Supervisor
As a supervisor you will oversee foster care workers and support these workers who work with children and families so children can return to their families or be adopted. Supervisors work with foster care workers and the Department of Children and Families to ensure families are getting the support and services they need to help children live happy and healthy lives.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is compassionate has managerial skills and who wants to help staff build on their strengths to support families and children for healthy long-lasting relationships. We want someone who has a desire to help staff to become strong advocates for children and their families!
