Job Summary
Reliant Healthcare Groupis seeking acompassionate and experienced RN or LVNfor aschool-based pediatric private duty nursing (PDN) caseinRichmond TX. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse looking for aconsistent weekday schedulewhile providing 1-on-1 care to a pediatric patient in a school setting.
About the Patient
- Pediatric patient withG-tube (GB) and Autism
- Non-verbal ambulatory (walks independently)
- Autism experience is required
- Calm structured care environment with 1-on-1 support
School & Schedule Details
- School hours:8:30 AM 1:30 PM
- Transportation provided:
School bus picks up and drops offboth the patient and nurseat the home daily
Shift Schedule:
- MondayWednesday:6:00 AM 5:00 PM
- ThursdayFriday:6:00 AM 5:30 PM
(Includes morning care school hours and post-school support)
What Youll Do
- Provide1-on-1 private duty nursing carefor a pediatric patient
- Support the patient throughout the school day
- Monitor patient condition and ensure safety and comfort
- Communicate with family school staff and care team as needed
- Complete all documentation usingelectronic medical records (EMR)
Qualifications
- Active RN or LVN/LPN license in the state of Texas REQUIRED
- Autism experience required
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Reliable patient-focused and compassionate
- Comfortable working in aschool and home-based setting
