Pay & Schedule

$23.00$35.00/hour(based on license & experience)

Weekly Schedule

MondayWednesday:6:00 AM 5:00 PM
ThursdayFriday:6:00 AM 5:30 PM

School bus provides transportation

Bus picks up and drops off both the patient and nurse at the home daily

School hours:8:30 AM 1:30 PM

Patient Overview

Pediatric patient
Diagnoses:Gastrostomy tube (GB) & Autism
Non-verbal ambulatory (walks independently)
Calm structured school environment
Autism experience REQUIRED

Responsibilities

Provide1:1 private duty nursing carein a school setting
Monitor patient condition and ensure safety throughout the day
Follow and document the plan of care accurately
Communicate with family and care team as needed
Support patients medical needs during school hours

Requirements

ActiveTexas RN or LVN/LPN license
Autism experience REQUIRED
Pediatric experience preferred
CPR certification (American Red Cross)
Reliable patient-focused and compassionate
Comfortable working in a school environment
EMR documentation (no paper charting)
