Job Overview

TheBranch Headwill be responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations of the assigned branch including service delivery business development compliance financial performance and team management. The role requires strong leadership to ensure operational excellence statutory compliance client satisfaction and sustainable business growth at the branch level.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

vEnsure timely deployment and effective management of security personnel across all client locations.

vPrepare and execute deployment plans to ensure uninterrupted operations.

vMonitor day-to-day branch operations and resolve operational challenges promptly.

vEnsure timely invoicing collections and coordination with clients.

vSet performance targets for Operations Managers Area Officers (AO) and site supervisors.

vConduct monthly operational reviews and implement corrective actions.

2. Process & SOP Implementation

vImplement and adhere to company-defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

vEnsure SOP compliance for security operations crisis management and customer satisfaction.

vMonitor processes related to EMD recovery billing and outstanding payments.

vMaintain and review MIS reports for operational and financial decision-making.

vEnsure process discipline and continuous improvement at the branch level.

3. Business Development

vMaintain and grow existing client relationships to ensure retention and service expansion.

vIdentify opportunities for new client acquisition within the assigned territory.

vBuild strong relationships with private and government clients.

vSupport marketing and brand-building initiatives to enhance Innovisions visibility.

vAchieve branch-level revenue and client acquisition targets.

4. Compliance Management

vEnsure 100% statutory compliance related to PF ESIC PT Contract Labour Act and other applicable laws.

vEnsure timely submission of statutory contributions and filing of returns.

vCoordinate internal audits and promptly address compliance gaps.

vMaintain accurate records and documentation for inspections and audits.

5. Financial Management

vMonitor branch expenses to ensure adherence to approved budgets.

vEnsure timely collections and manage branch cash flow effectively.

vReview profitability of contracts and recommend corrective measures where required.

6. Team Leadership & Development

vLead motivate and develop the branch team to achieve operational and business goals.

vIdentify training needs and facilitate skill development for operational and business teams.

vDevelop second-line leadership and ensure succession planning.

vFoster a performance-driven and compliant work culture.

Qualifications

vBachelors degree in Business Administration Security Management or a related field.

v68 years of experience in the security services industry with exposure to branch operations.

vStrong leadership people management and client-handling skills.

vExperience in managing multi-site operations.

vSound knowledge of statutory regulations such as PF ESIC Contract Labour Act etc.

vExcellent communication problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
