Job Summary

The Head - Operations will be responsible for managing the overall hospital operations of the Ring Road unit ensuring smooth coordination between clinical and non-clinical departments while maintaining high standards of patient care operational efficiency and service quality.

The role requires strong leadership in hospital administration operational planning and team management to ensure the hospital functions efficiently and provides excellent patient experience.

• Patient admission & discharge

Key Responsibilities

Hospital Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations of OPD IPD emergency services diagnostics and support departments.

• Ensure smooth coordination between doctors nursing staff administration and patient services.

• Monitor hospital workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Patient Experience & Service Excellence

• Ensure high standards of patient care and service delivery.

• Monitor patient feedback and implement improvements in patient experience.

• Work on reducing waiting time and improving the overall patient journey.

Team & Department Management

• Manage administrative teams nursing coordination and support staff.

• Ensure proper manpower planning staff productivity and performance management.

• Foster a collaborative work environment across departments.

Process & System Improvement

• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Improve operational processes and hospital management systems.

• Ensure seamless inter-department communication and workflow.

Revenue & Cost Optimization

• Monitor operational budgets and expenses.

• Improve revenue generation through effective utilization of hospital services.

• Coordinate with billing insurance and TPA teams.

Compliance & Quality Standards

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital quality standards.

• Maintain proper documentation and operational audits.

• Support quality improvement initiatives and accreditation processes.

Vendor & Facility Management

• Manage hospital vendors facility operations and maintenance services.

• Ensure availability of medical supplies equipment and operational resources.
