About Us:
- We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our Marketing and Sales team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Arabic and English and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers during working hours at the reception area.
- Handle all customer inquiries and provide professional assistance in the reception office.
- Price and inspect vehicles for customers upon their arrival.
- Prepare negotiate and finalize sales contracts with customers.
- Transfer customers who have received their vehicles to the Customer Service Department.
- Escalate external complaints to the Customer Service Department.
- Direct internal complaints to the Sales Coordinator.
- Deliver vehicles to customers upon completion of their transactions.
- Manage the visitor logbook and submit daily visitor reports to the department via email.
- Move and reposition vehicles as needed.
- Ensure the front area of the center is clear of vehicles.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding maintenance and service related to signed contracts.
Communication:
-Internal: Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales Department Sales Coordinator and Customer Service Team.
-External: Interact with customers and handle external inquiries professionally.
