Job Summary
Bostani is seeking motivated and ambitious salespeople to join its team.
The salesperson will play a pivotal role in achieving sales goals and providing excellent customer service through direct interaction with customers understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide assistance in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate products.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Fully familiar with Bostani products and services.
- Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Contribute to creating a positive and welcoming work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Assist in displaying products and organizing inventory.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred. (But not a requirement)
- Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to deal with others
- Customer service orientation and a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently or within a team
- Proficiency in basic math reading and writing
