About Us:
- We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our Marketing and Sales team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Arabic and English and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you are passionate about sales customer service and have a strong work ethic we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers during working hours at the reception area.
- Handle all customer inquiries and provide professional assistance in the reception office.
- Price and inspect vehicles for customers upon their arrival.
- Prepare negotiate and finalize sales contracts with customers.
- Transfer customers who have received their vehicles to the Customer Service Department.
- Escalate external complaints to the Customer Service Department.
- Direct internal complaints to the Sales Coordinator.
- Deliver vehicles to customers upon completion of their transactions.
- Manage the visitor logbook and submit daily visitor reports to the department via email.
- Move and reposition vehicles as needed.
- Ensure the front area of the center is clear of vehicles.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding maintenance and service related to signed contracts.
Communication:
-Internal: Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales Department Sales Coordinator and Customer Service Team.
-External: Interact with customers and handle external inquiries professionally.
