Were on the lookout for a Senior Full Stack Python Developer to drive IT improvements within the company!
Role Overview
Were opening our office in Bangalore and were looking for a Senior Full-Stack Python Developer to lead the development and integration of our ERP platform internal dashboards and AI-assisted tools. You will be responsible for driving execution speed mentoring mid-level developers and ensuring scalable high-quality technical solutions that directly impact the efficiency and growth of the company. This role bridges enterprise systems cloud infrastructure and data-driven intelligence to optimize core business operations.
Ideal Candidate
- Startup/scaleup experience: Worked at a company that raised at least Series A or B ( USD 5M).
- Strong expertise in Python and experience architecting backend or full-stack systems at scale (Django Frappe FastAPI).
- Experience with ERP systems (Odoo ERPNext SAP) or integrating internal platforms.
- Skilled in cloud deployment and scalability (AWS GCP Azure).
- Comfortable building front-end dashboards portals or helpdesk tools for internal teams and clients.
- Proven track record in mentoring or leading developers preferably in a startup or scale-up environment.
- Experience with AI or data-driven workflow integration to optimize business operations.
- Ability to ship features fast while maintaining production-quality standards in a high-pressure environment.
- Preferred Background: Senior developers with startup or scale-up experience who thrive in fast-paced environments shipping features in days (not weeks) and who enjoy working and leading high-ownership high-impact teams.
- Location preference: remote/Bangalore-based)
- Work model: 100% remote with fully flexible hours / Hybrid once office is set up 2-3 days per week in-office remote the rest
- You will have the freedom to work abroad with flexible schedules.
