The opportunity
Were currently looking for a Fleet Manager. Someone to join our Swiss Sales team in order to shape and execute our national fleet strategy and ensure our business continues to thrive in a fastpaced innovative environment. Someone with a passion for electric mobility an interest in technology and a desire to create the change we know is needed. And someone who doesnt mind the occasional bit of sustainable travel in the service of a cleaner form of electric performance.
Youll be joining a dynamic growthoriented commercial organisation where collaboration innovation and pace define the way we work. As part of the Swiss Sales team youll help strengthen our fleet presence build strong industry relationships and secure longterm business growth in the fleet segment.
This position is located in Zurich Switzerland with a hybrid working model balancing onsite collaboration and remote focus time. What matters most is that people get the time and support to do what needs to be done and to enjoy doing it of course.
The responsibilities
In this role youll be expected to lead and manage key Swiss fleet customer relationships driving performance and strengthening Polestars presence in the corporate and leasing sectors. Working as a member of the Swiss Sales team youll be instrumental in achieving annual fleet volume targets developing local pricing tools and fostering collaboration with global fleet counterparts.

Manage contracts relationships and regular communication with key fleet customers and leasing companies.
Lead and support the Swiss Fleet team (three team members) to ensure operational excellence.
Coown annual Fleet Sales volume targets and track performance against KPIs.
Develop local fleet pricing strategies tools and reporting frameworks.
Coordinate closely with global Fleet Sales teams to align strategy and market execution.

In addition youll need the following qualifications:
Solid experience in the automotive industry enabling confident handling of fleet customer needs and sales processes.
Experience working with key accounts financial service providers and leasing companies crucial for managing complex stakeholder relationships.
Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and business development supporting longterm fleet partnership growth.
Strong analytical and operational skills with a passion for data financial modelling and market analysis.
Proficient with MS Office programs especially Excel and good knowledge of IT-supported work.
Excellent oral and written German and English skills with businessfluent French ensuring effective communication across Swiss stakeholders and teams.
