We are looking for
A Strategic Sales Manager who will help us to create and drive new business opportunities both with our existing customers as well as potential new one.
In this role youll play a key part in shaping our future by identifying new markets nurturing customer relationships and bringing innovative ideas to the table. Were looking for someone who is collaborative proactive and excited about making an this role you will report to the Head of Sales.
Role Responsibilities
Identifying and exploring new business opportunitiesacross markets trends customers and servicesto support our long-term growth
Proactively reaching out and building meaningful connections with potential customers
Engaging with prospective clients in a way that builds trust curiosity and lasting interest
Taking time to understand each customers unique challenges and goalsand aligning them with the value we deliver
Thinking strategically to set clear objectives and contribute to broader business development plans
Crafting compelling business proposals quotes and presentations that speak to client needs
Developing and executing growth strategies to expand our customer base and market presence
Leading cross-functional collaboration to develop tailored high-impact customer solutions
Representing WirelessCar at industry events and conferenceshelping raise our visibility and generate new leads
Working closely with stakeholders to drive negotiation and contract development in partnership with legal
Becoming a trusted expert on our solutions services and value proposition
Staying curious and keeping up with industry shifts market trends and innovations that impact our customers and business

We believe that you bring
A university degree in a relevant field (e.g. business marketing engineering); an MBA is preferred
5 years of experience in a relevant domain; 7 years preferred
Proven leadership experienceyou know how to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
A customer-first mindset paired with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Experience working in fast-growing or entrepreneurial environments where adaptability and initiative are key
A global outlook and previous experience working across cultures or in international markets
Willingness to travel: approximately 20% domestically plus 12 trips per year to Sweden
