As a Sales Manager you will engage directly with advertisers media agencies and performance-driven brands turning opportunities into long-term partnerships.
What Youll Do:
- Build and manage a portfolio of media agency and advertiser clients in the Colombian market
- Prospect develop and close new business opportunities owning the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Develop long-term senior-level relationships with advertisers and Tier 1 / Tier 2 media agencies
- Drive revenue growth through strategic account development and expansion
- Be fully accountable for meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Lead and follow up on commercial negotiations with key agencies and advertisers
- Translate product capabilities and strengths into tailored value-driven proposals for clients
- Prepare and present sales reports forecasts and performance updates
- Ensure a structured and high-quality handover of closed accounts to Account Management
- Maintain an accurate pipeline through strong planning prioritization and organizational skills
Requirements
Who You Are:
- 3-5 years of experience in customer acquisition within digital marketing specifically in advertising agencies e-commerce or direct response settings
- Upper-Intermediate in English with strong communication skills for client engagement and negotiations
- Possessing deep knowledge of digital advertising assets including ad formats campaign management and native advertising solutions
Will be a plus:
- Experience with AdTech/MarTech
- Prior agency experience
