RSM currently has openings for individualsinterested in combining Technology and Businessto join our ManagedApplicationServices(MAS) practice as a consultingassociateworkingwithOracle NetSuiteplatform.This platform iscomprisedofEnterprise Resource Planning(ERP)Customer Relationship Management (CRM)Business Intelligence(BI)and a technology base.
OurManaged Application Services (MAS)Practice works with our clients teams to achieve their businessobjectivesthrough innovative solutions that align peopleprocessesand technology. As aMASConsultingassociate you will receiveteam exposure to a wide variety of functionality and technical tools on the platform as well as a wide breadth of clients across many industries.
The position begins with a 6-week investment in new hires in the form ofbeing paired up with a senior desk resource.New hires will attend calls and work closely with the senior resource to resolve client issues and understand what is expected of support resources.Additionalonlinetrainingswill be assigned and upon completion of that coursework Associates will return to their MAS team and begin client work.
This position location will only be for Denver and St. Louis.
You will be exposed to several aspects of all our Practices including:
Engaging with clients and ensuring Businessobjectivesare aligned with IT Strategy
Fixing and buildingBusiness solutions and operations best practices
Consulting processtoolsand methodologies
Leveraging technology to drive business operations efficiencies
Responsibilities:
Working daily with theOracle NetSuiteplatform
Adopting and learningnew technologiesand functional areas
Direct contact with clients - Understanding and responding to client requirements
Direct contact withRSM NetSuiteteams
Working closely with onsite consultants
Analyzing problems designing solutions
Data migration
Developing new features
Testing of proposed solutions withinsandboxenvironments
Providingremote support
Troubleshooting business application issues
Utilizing a structureddevelopmentmethodology
Understanding how to obtainclientbusiness requirements and mapping them toOracle NetSuite
Designing solutions usingOracleNetSuitefunctions and features to meet business objectives
Working and interacting withclientsin the configuration of theirOracleNetSuitesystem
Building successfulclientsrelationships
Basic Qualifications:
Consultants have at least abachelorsdegree inAccountingFinanceInformation Systems Management Information Systems or other related degrees
Experience with an object-oriented programming language
Understandingofbasic accountingconcepts and methodologies
A desire to work with and adapt to a shifting technical landscape
Intelligent motivatedand competitive with a roll-up-the-sleeves and get the job done attitude
An analytical approach to problem solving
Initiative creativityand a passion to deliver results that make a difference
A well-rounded individual with varied interests and experience
Excellent communication (verbal written and presentation) and interpersonal skills (outgoing and personable)withattention to details

Preferred Qualifications:
ERP or CRM experience highly desired
Must be client-focused team-oriented and require exceptional communication skills
