Job Summary
Finance Manager Retail / Stock Environment
Salary: R800 000.00 per annum Location: Western Cape Northern SubsBCom Degree High-Volume Multi-Store Operations Experience
A leading organisation is seeking a Finance Manager with strong experience in retail or stock-driven environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing finance functions in a hightransaction environment across multiple stores or companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full finance function within a highvolume operational environment
- Lead and manage finance teams across multiple store locations
- Ensure strong financial controls stock management accuracy and transactional integrity
- Prepare financial reports budgets and forecasts
- Drive process improvements and support operational decisionmaking
Requirements
- BCom Degree in Accounting/Finance
- Management experience within a retail or stock-focused environment
- Exposure to hightransaction multi-store operations
- Strong leadership communication and analytical skills
