Role background:

We are currently looking for energetic and passionate Marketing Growth professional with experience in demand generation with strong marketing fundamentals analytical skills and the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.

The EMEA Customer Growth Marketing Manager drives integrated campaigns to build customer relationship and generate upsell/cross-sell demand for Kyriba across EMEA. The role spans user community programs and events (digital and in-person) email content webinars and other tactics.

Working closely with Account Managers Customer Success BDRs and partners this person develops campaigns aligned to the buyer journey collaborates cross-functionally and measures and reports on performance.

What Youll Do:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for existing customers.

  • Organize and manage customer user group events across the EMEA region and plan field events.

  • Assist with the launch and management of a customer advocacy platform assist team members in the development of customer newsletters and email marketing campaigns.

  • Create pre and post event campaigns to assist BDRs and Associate Account Managers with outreach.

  • Manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously to meet deadlines and goals

  • Apply KPIs analytics and insights to better profile target and re-target prospects.

  • Collaborate with creative team to develop effective marketing assets to support programs.

  • Understand and keep up with industry trends.

  • Align tactics (such as events webinars online advertising content syndication outbound emails target account advertising etc) and content to the buyers journey.

What Were Looking For:

  • 3 years of experience in B2B enterprise marketing and/or sales

  • Fluency in English and French preferred

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams with the ability to build rapport influence and deepen relationships with stakeholders especially with Partners Sales and Support

  • Familiarity with marketing automation systems (Pardot preferred) and knowledge of CRM ( preferred)

  • Familiarity with managing customer advocacy platforms (User Evidence preferred)

  • Ability to learn new MarTech tools as needed

  • Some travel required

  • Bachelors Degree preferred
