Job Summary

Most of the training will be conducted from our Burbank Corporate office so any hire would spend time in Burbank in the early phases of employment and then periodically after. This position comes with use of a company vehicle or stipend and other strong benefits.

Minimum Qualifications:

4 years experience in Construction Management and or Engineering/Business Degree or equivalent experience.
Proficient (not limited to) Word Outlook Excel Procore and strong working knowledge ofcomputers & current technology
OSHA Certification (keep up to date)
First Aid-CPR Certification (keep up to date)

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

Review incoming contracts for monetary & scope accuracy
Review RFIs and other communications for potential job scope changes
Awarded COs to be signed added to sales incorporated into takeoff and submitted on
Work with the purchasing department to order material based on type of material and project schedule
Review and manage Punch Lists ordering and scheduling return install as needed
Submit monthly billing in accordance with billing dates and installation
Review job costing for profitability and field time
Develop and sustain new client relationships
Continually engage with Team Members and Executives for mitigation and resolution of challenges

PROJECT BIDDING:

Have knowledge understanding and experience with estimating.
Able to review project requirements compliance front end docs
Incorporate costs for labor compliance logistics front end requirements etc.
Coordinate with Estimator for follow up with GCs / Owners on select bids for award
Can prepare material takeoff from plans and all docs provided

Work & Physical Requirements

Driving to job sites walking construction sites
Measuring and viewing progress and quality control
Be able to lift to 50 lbs.
Use of standard office equipment technology and cell phone
Sitting at desk stand and walk climb stretch balance stoop kneel or crouch
Specific vision abilities required include close vision distance vision color vision peripheralvision depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Oversee high volume in a fast-paced environment
