GSK is looking for an experienced Product Manager.
You will lead the planning and activation of oncology products in Thailand. You will work with cross-functional teams including medical sales market access and global colleagues. You will use customer insight and market data to shape strategies that improve patient outcomes and drive business growth. We value collaboration curiosity and clear decision-making. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Develop and deliver the local oncology brand plan based on customer insight market trends and competitive intelligence.
- Translate global strategies into local campaigns and adapt tactics for the Thailand market.
- Plan and run integrated multichannel campaigns across digital face-to-face and medical education channels.
- Work with medical market access and sales to ensure aligned messaging and high-quality customer engagement.
- Monitor performance and use data to optimise tactics forecast demand and report on business results.
- Manage external agencies budgets and compliance to ensure activities meet local regulation and company standards.

Why You

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
- Bachelors degree in pharmacy life sciences marketing or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years experience in pharmaceutical marketing or product management preferably with oncology exposure.
- Experience in developing and executing multichannel marketing campaigns.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working cross-functionally.
- Good analytical skills and comfort using data to make decisions.
- Professional level Thai and good working knowledge of English.

Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics it would be a plus
- Experience in oncology or other speciality therapeutic areas.
- Experience in working with global and regional teams in a multinational company.
- Familiarity with local regulations and codes of promotion.
- Experience managing external agencies and supplier relationships.
- Knowledge of market access and payer landscape in Thailand.
- Advanced digital marketing skills or experience with customer engagement platforms.

Work Arrangement
This role is site-based in Thailand with opportunities for hybrid working as agreed with the hiring manager. Regular collaboration with colleagues across functions and regions will be required.
