DescriptionThis role focuses on attracting engaging and retaining driver-partners through targeted campaigns communications and on-ground activations. The intern will gain hands-on experience in growth marketing partner communications and performance analysis withinthe TNVS space.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of driver acquisition activation and retention campaigns
- Assist in creating driver-facing communications (SMS push notifications in-app messages emails social posts)
- Coordinate with operations and driver support teams for on-ground and digital activations
- Help track and analyze campaign performance (driver sign-ups activation rates supply hours retention)
- Conduct market and competitor research related to driver incentives and supply programs
- Assist in maintaining campaign trackers databases and reporting dashboards
- Support creative development for driver marketing materials (posters FAQs onboarding guides)
- Help gather and organize driver feedback to improve programs and communications
RequirementsPreferred skills (nice to have)
- Interest or experience in growth marketing and lifecycle marketing
- Familiarity with TNVS ride-hailing
- Basic knowledge in Google workspace
- Can write scripts/captions/texts for driver communications
