Job Description:
Responsible for developing embedded flash memory technology including process integration device optimization design rule scaling failure analysis and yield improvement. Manages technical projects with cross-functional teams to achieve process setup test chip tape out silicon validation yield demonstration and reliability qualification within tight deadlines. Interfaces with foundries IDMs and design houses.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge on advanced-node CMOS process integration and device physics.
- Strong analytical organizational and communication skills.
- Non-volatile memory technology development experience highly desirable.
- Flash memory array characterization experience will be plus.
- TCAD PDK circuit design layout device/product characterization reliability and qualification knowledge highly desirable.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced multifunctional and multi-time-zone teams.
Education & Experience Required:
- BS with MS or PhD degree preferred in E.E. or related engineering major with at least 15 years of semiconductor process integration experiences.

The annual base salary range for this position which could be performed in the US is $91000-$232000.**Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location skills and experience.
