Job Summary

职位描述
1.负责推广和销售潜在客户的节能改造业务包括空调产品控制系统安装系统以及相关的改造业务
2.负责识别潜在客户的节能改造需求并牵头协调团队完成方案制作与报价并编制投标标书
3.负责针对跟踪项目进行设计院的前期方案和规范工作推荐高效节能的产品及解决方案
4.负责与客户签订节能改造合同并及时回收项目应收款项
5.负责主管安排的其他相关工作

职位要求
1.暖通制冷自动化相关机电或者机械专业的本科以上学历
2.具备大型建筑暖通空调系统相关知识能够熟悉各种类型暖通空调以及空调节能方案
3.具备大型建筑暖通空调自控系统相关知识熟悉节能相关的自控方案
4.具备一定的销售技巧和一定的项目协调能力
5.有一定的英语书写和听说能力
6.熟练使用OFFICE办公系统会使用AUTOCAD绘图系统
