工作職掌 Responsibilities

廠區總務服務與生活機能管理 General Affairs & Facility Services

機電系統維護管理 Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance

廠區服務機電系統維護包含電梯室內外照明衛浴修繕防水工程廠區內外天地牆維護
Maintain facility systems including elevators indoor/outdoor lighting restroom repairs waterproofing and building structure maintenance

環境清潔維護管理 Cleaning & Environmental Maintenance

廠區清潔維護衛浴廚房室內外環境園藝水池垃圾清運
Manage cleaning services for restrooms kitchens indoor/outdoor areas landscaping and waste disposal

交通與餐飲服務管理 Transportation & Catering Services

交通車規劃與外包商管理全年運行
Plan and manage shuttle bus services and contractors
員工餐廳管理與外包商協調全年餐食供應
Manage employee cafeteria operations and catering contractors

活動企劃與執行 Event Planning & Execution

籌畫並辦理廠區活動慶典祭祀員工活動
Plan and organize plant events (celebrations ceremonies employee activities)
具備中英文上台主持能力負責活動主持與流程控管
Ability to host events in both Mandarin and English ensuring smooth event flow

外包商管理 Vendor Management

清潔餐廳交通車外包商管理
Manage cleaning catering and transportation contractors

跨部門協調與營運支援 Cross-Department Coordination & Operational Support

擅長溝通協調跨部門整合具團隊合作精神
Strong communication skills cross-functional coordination and teamwork
能配合假日出勤加班確保工廠營運不中斷
Able to work overtime or weekends when necessary to ensure plant operations

任職資格 Qualifications

專科以上學歷機電土木建築或相關科系佳
Associate degree or above in mechanical electrical civil engineering architecture or related fields
具備廠務或總務相關工作經驗 2 年以上
Minimum 2 years of experience in facility or general affairs management
熟悉照明家具維護交通車規劃及餐廳管理
Familiar with lighting furniture maintenance shuttle planning and cafeteria management
具備外包商管理與合約協調能力
Vendor management and contract negotiation skills
擅長溝通協調跨部門整合具團隊合作精神

Strong communication cross-functional integration and teamwork skills
具備中英文口語表達與活動主持能力
Fluent in Mandarin and English with event hosting capability
不需輪班但能配合假日出勤加班
No shift work required but able to work overtime or weekends when necessary

加分條件 Preferred Qualifications

具備 PM預防性維護計畫規劃經驗
Experience in preventive maintenance planning
熟悉 ISOESG 或 CSR 活動規劃
Familiarity with ISO ESG or CSR program planning
具備基礎 AutoCAD 或 FMCS 系統操作能力
Basic AutoCAD or FMCS system operation skills
具備活動企劃與執行經驗
Experience in event planning and execution
