About the role:
Reporting directly to the Service Desk Lead this role offers an opportunity to be part of our clients 12-month Graduate Programme. This is a hybrid role allowing for 3 days in either the Centurion or Cape Town office with various shift patterns including occasional weekend holiday or extra shifts.
What you will be doing:
- Play a key role in Major Incident Management helping to quickly assess the situation bring the right teams together manage communication and support resolution efforts during critical incidents.
- Be the central coordinator connecting teams and facilitating action for system-generated events across all systems and environments within your domain.
What our client is looking for:
- A relevant tertiary qualification such as a BCom or BA in fields like Linguistics/Communication Business Systems or IT.
- While not essential some experience in a call center environment would be a great advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in English enabling effective communication in a professional business setting.
