Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage event logistics covering transportation, accommodation, equipment, and materials.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure prompt delivery and setup.
Conduct site visits to evaluate venues for suitability and fulfill requirements.
Develop and oversee event timelines, budgets, and resource distribution.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations, permits, and company policies.
Provide hands-on support during events, managing setup, registration, troubleshooting, and teardown.
Collaborate with event managers, marketing teams, and clients to achieve event goals.
Maintain comprehensive records of logistics, expenses, and post-event assessments.
Requirements & Skills:
