Networking Skill Set

Troubleshooting network-related issues

Installation and configuration of new Wi-Fi devices as per Cipla standards

Configuration and sharing of network printers with user confirmation

Preventive maintenance of networking devices (Switches Hubs Routers)

Network device asset labelling and cable tagging

Desktop & Hardware Support

Operating system and basic application installation

Installation and configuration of security tools and applications

Hardware troubleshooting for Desktop/Laptop components (HDD RAM Keyboard Mouse)

Preventive maintenance of Workstations Desktops and Laptops

Resolution of Windows NT login issues

Shifting and relocation of Desktops Laptops Printers Networking and Wi-Fi devices

Printer installation and configuration support

Antivirus and security application engine updates

Troubleshooting MS Office issues (Word Excel PowerPoint)

Asset labelling for Desktops Laptops and Printers
