- He needs to coordinate with all plants & Fabrication units for ensuring accuracy in all masters.
- He needs to ensure timely response and closure of tickets in ITSM as regards generation of new Item Codes changes in masters as well as problems faced in day to day SAP transactions and any such other SAP related work.
- He needs to coordinate with SAP central/ Technical team CTM of other modules such as FICOMMSDPMHR etc for resolving issues faced by users as well as for development/improvement of system to ensure timely completion of imoprovement projects.
- He needs to generate/distribute performance reports for all plants & fabrication units at pre decided frequency and follow up for feedback from them for overall improvement in SAP operations.
- He needs to study SAP compliance done by all plants and fabrication units highlight non compliance if any and follow up for improvement till completion.
- He needs to study plant operations and understand all processes and ensure they are correctly captured in SAP.

- Profeciency in PP QM PM modules of SAP and working knowledge of all other modules.
- Engineer with shop floor experience of minimum 3 years preferably in plastics processing industry.
- Should have good knowledge of MIS process Data analytics MS Office tools.
- Soft skills such as good communication team working.
