On behalf of our client in the Oil & Gas Sector we are looking for a competent skilled and experienced Lubes Sales Executive to work in Uganda
Department: Marketing
Reports to : Marketing Manager.
Job Over View:
Drive lubricants sales. Execute Sales and Marketing activities after sales product support. Accountable for sales volume and profit margin.
Roles and Responsibilities
Key Responsibility Area
Secure and maintain business in Industrial Commercial and Institutions
Respond effectively to customer requirements
Manage Customer collection and receivables
Ensure all business transactions are done as per company policy.
Reinforce cash business and secured credits.
Collect all receivables on time.
Ensure all open credit customers comply with company policy.
Prepare and submit on time product forecast
Ensure no product will become slow mover.
Prepare and update marketing intelligence report and customer database
Responding effectively to market needs /trends
Develop Capability
Required Qualifications
Minimum Academic Qualifications
University Degree in Engineering/Business Administration
Professional Qualification in Marketing.
At least 1 - 3 years relevant experience in sales and marketing

Required Skills:
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Professional experience: Bachelors degree in Social Sciences/Humanities Business Administration or any other related discipline. A related Masters degree will be an added advantage. Minimum 08 (eight) years of relevant professional experience in extractive industries including considerable experience in developing economies and international organizations. Good track record of working experience with lender financed projects including IFC & Equator Principles IV East Africa experience required Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and in a multi-cultural business setting. Experience and ability to effectively lead a team (mentoring delegation and motivation techniques); Analytical and stakeholder engagement skills. Technical competencies: Knowledge of CSO/NGO engagement human rights and legal and PIIM. Knowledge of International Human Rights Standards especially the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights the UN Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights and IFC Performance Standards. Behavioral competencies: Ability to work in a multi-cultural business setting. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
